Please complete and submit this form if you are interested in a puppy from our Sookie Monster!  We will be taking unlimited applications at no charge and will review them in the order they are received.To guarantee your place on the list for an upcoming litter, we are now offering the option to make a $50 non-refundable early deposit. This will be deducted from the $300 non-refundable deposit required to hold puppies until pick up at 8 weeks. The remaining $250 will be accepted once the litter is born and you have chosen your puppy. We will only be able to offer a limited number of prepaid spots, so be sure to get that processed quickly to ensure your place.
